Deposit Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Your deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your ring at the time of your appointment.
You are allowed up to 2 reschedules.
Late Policy: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, you will lose your deposit. Since it is a class we do have multiple a day and have to keep the time schedule.Late Arrival Policy: Arriving more than 20 minutes late will result in forfeiture of your deposit. As this is a scheduled class with multiple sessions throughout the day, we must stay on time to accommodate all participants.
